The ‘Xpo’ day is designed to engage, inspire and inform. It comprises a great mix of workshops, presentations, exhibition, and networking opportunities, where you’ll be able to learn the latest trends and developments, news and ideas about digital technology in your school. 

It’s a full-day’s programme for all three events this year:

8am: Doors open

  • Delegates sign in

8.40am – 9.20am

  • Welcome from INTERFACE
  • Short presentation by Linewize
  • Presentation by Steve Smith, Google for Education

9.20am – 10am: Workshops Session 1

10.05am – 10.45am: Workshops Session 2

10.45am – 11.15am: Morning tea

  • Enjoy refreshments
  • Explore the exhibition and catch up with the digital learning community.

11.15am – 11.50am

  • Short presentation by Science Alive
  • Presentations by Kai’s Education and 3DNow

11.50am – 12.30pm: Workshops Session 3

12.30pm – 1.20pm: Lunch

  • Enjoy lunch
  • Explore the exhibition and network with the digital learning community.

1.20pm – 2pm: Workshops Session 4

2pm – 3.15pm: ‘An afternoon of AI’

  • Presentation by Susana Tomaz, Setting up an AI Strategy for your School. Susana will draw on her experiences leading to the AI Straegy at Westlake Girls’ High School.
  • Overview of the Day of AI Aotearoa New Zealand initiative.
