Start time Registration opens 8am (Exhibitiors access 7.30am)
Finish time 4pm   (Please Note – There will be drinks and prize giving at the end of day to be completed by 4pm when we can pack down for the truck to re-load).

EXHIBITION STANDS

Stand sizes – Single 3m x 1.8,  Double 6m x 1.8m

Power – supplied

Lighting – 1 spotlight supplied per single stand and 2 spotlights for double stands

Furniture – some of the venues may have trestle tables & tablecloth, however any other furniture will need to be supplied by yourselves, or hired from Peek Exhibition Hire

SET UP AND ACCESS

SETUP – the day before conference – Exhibitors may access after 2-30pm – 6pm to set up their stands.  If you are not using the InterfaceXpo truck service, please advise the Event Manager.

ACCESS on the day of the conference  – Registration starts at 8am, so access for sponsors is from 7.30am
