Lighting – 1 spotlight supplied per single stand and 2 spotlights for double stands
Furniture – some of the venues may have trestle tables & tablecloth, however any other furniture will need to be supplied by yourselves, or hired from Peek Exhibition Hire

SET UP AND ACCESS
SETUP – the day before conference – Exhibitors may access after 2-30pm – 6pm to set up their stands. If you are not using the InterfaceXpo truck service, please advise the Event Manager.
ACCESS on the day of the conference – Registration starts at 8am, so access for sponsors is from 7.30am
FINISH time each day – PLEASE NOTE: There will be drinks and prizegiving at end of day to be completed by 5pm when we can packdown for the truck to re-load.
PARKING
Wellington – Te Papa – If you wish to utilize the carpark you will need to collect a ticket when you drive in, and have this card validated at our registration desk before exiting and paying a day rate of $10.
